Kochchu is no stranger to hard work, having run a convenience store for 4 years with his wife Gemma, in addition to a chilled food delivery business which he owned for 7 years. However, nothing could quite prepair him for the last year, dominated by the challenges of the Covid pandemic.

Many of the normal rules of business went out the window, but Kochchu was quick to adapt and make the most of very difficult circumstances.
His territory is based around Chesterfield, South East Sheffield and parts of Lincolnshire and he made his mission to keep supplying greeting cards to all store designated as being essential outlets, from busy town and city convenience stores, to small community stores in rural areas.
Kochchu’s background in convenience meant he instantly appreciated many of the new challenges facing his customers, and his great rapport with them also helped him work though the new logistical difficulties Covid threw at his business.

As an extra challenge, Gemma who normally helps him in the business became responsible for home schooling their young family, meaning Kochchu often had to work 7 days a week to compensate.
