In the fast-changing world of business, only those who adapt tend to survive. This is true, even in the field of greeting cards. So, at Card Connection’s Annual Conference in May this year, Managing Director Michael Johnson and Creative Director Kelly Courtenay were delighted to recognise some of their franchisees that have seen more than their fair share of change.

Creative Director, Kelly Courtenay sums up the achievements of these Card Connection stalwarts: “We’re proud to celebrate all these long-standing business partners and the strides they’ve made with their individual territories through a period of amazing change, both in the world at large and within the greeting card market we all know and love”

Card Connection is part of UK Greetings, has limited vacancies for franchisees keen to run an expanding business. Candidates would ideally have some management experience as, once established, they could be expected to employ a small team, operate a small warehouse and have several liveried vans on the road. Since the franchise network in the UK is complete, the available opportunities now consist of acquiring an already established territory from an existing franchisee. These vary in price according to their level of development, but start at £21k + Stock + Card Connection fee with earnings potential in excess of £50k per annum.
