To be considered for these awards franchisors must have taken part in the Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark programme. This involves their franchisees being asked to complete a confidential online survey, rating their franchisor on qualities such as initial training, ongoing support, their relationship with the franchisor, and whether they would recommend the business to prospective new franchisees. The top-performing franchisors are then put forward as finalists in the Best Franchise Awards.

Card Connection is shortlisted in the Business to Business Category, were they and are up against Tax Assist Accountants and The Alternative Board business consultants.

Card Connection have also been shortlisted for the Best New Entry Award and are up against babyballet, and Tappy Toes. This award is open to franchisors who have participated for the first time and received the outstanding feedback from their franchisees.

 

Winners of the Best Franchise Awards 20021 will be announced at the BFA annual conference on the 30th November, which is supported by WorkBuzz Employee Engagement Surveys. This event brings together those involved in the franchise industry from across the UK to network and share their experiences.
