“Wise words, fun and attitude!” That’s how Kelly Courtenay, Card Connections’ Creative Director sums up many of the new designs in latest batch of releases in their flagship Collection range.
“Greeting cards aren’t just about marking an occasion, continues Kelly, “They can also be about an appreciation of a shared sense of humour and a mutual outlook on life between the sender and the receiver of the card.”

Centre-stage amongst the 14 designs released in July is a mini-range of four text-based cards. These elegant female-friendly contemporary text designs will shine out from card displays with their mix of pastel coloured backgrounds, gold foil text and smart grey envelopes.
“We’ve kept these designs very broad, and mostly blank inside, so that they work as a multi-occasion friendship-send but they can also be used as birthday cards, too”, says Kelly.

The Collection range was launched in May 2017 and continues to grow as it goes from strength to strength in the way it that it broadens the Card Connection brand offering to the retailer.

Card Connection is part of UK Greetings, which is a subsidiary of American Greetings Inc., one of the largest greeting card publishers in the world and has limited vacancies for franchisees that are keen to run an expanding business. Since the franchise network in the UK is complete, the available opportunities now consist of acquiring an already-established territory from an existing franchisee. These vary in price according to their level of development, but start at £35k + Stock + Card Connection fee with earnings potential in excess of £50k per annum.
